1. All bookings will be confirmed by Be Found Online Photography and Videography, prior to attending appointment.
2. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. An extra day for real estate photography services
3. All fees for service are inclusive of GST. Any additional fees will be advised to you before the undertaking any services.
4. Images will be supplied in low-res and/or watermarked, until full payment has been made.
5. $50 booking fee is non-refundable, If a property is unattended at arrival in which access is not possible. A 24 hours’ notice is required for re-scheduling time.
6. Be Found Online Photography and Videography, retain the right to use any content created by us during the provision of services, for the purposes of promotion of Be Found Online, Photography and Videography, and as part of Be Found Online ‘s portfolio. The purposes of promotion include the right to display in all online media. At your request, as the customer, we can refrain from using the images up to 90 days.
