What do I need to get started?

What format is the video ?
We give all the videos in mp4 format and MOV for transparent files.
What if I dont have a logo ?
If you don’t have a logo, we can also do the intros with just text also . I need to have your font file or link to download.
What is meant by custom colors ?
We match the video effects and animations to match your brand/logo colors for no extra charge.
Can you use my own music?
Yes of course. Please send the audio with the logo and we’ll use it for the video. We need to know start time-end time if you have longer audio file.
About modifications and corrections?
We offer 1 free modification for each order. If you require something changed, Just send us a message to support@bfog.com.au
Can I use these animations commercially?
